1. Use of Our Apps

You agree to use our apps only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the apps in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the apps or their systems.
• Use the apps to transmit harmful, offensive, or objectionable content.

2. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload using our apps. By using our apps, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

Your content is processed locally on your device whenever possible. When cloud processing is required, your content is handled securely and is not stored after processing is complete.

3. Subscriptions and Purchases

3.1 Payment Processing

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

3.2 Subscription Renewals

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription in your App Store account settings.

3.3 Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our apps, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by launchd and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our apps will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Use of our apps is at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, launchd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our apps. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our apps at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the apps will immediately cease.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through our apps or by updating this page. Your continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
