• Device information, including operating system and app version.

1.3 User Content

All outfit photos are stored exclusively on your device. Bella does not upload, store, or retain any of your photos on our servers or databases. When you use the AI styling feature, your photo is temporarily sent for real-time analysis and is immediately discarded after processing — it is never saved on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Trusted third parties that assist with payment processing, analytics, and AI processing. Outfit photos are sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) solely for real-time outfit analysis. Photos are not stored by OpenAI and are processed under their API data usage policy, which does not use API inputs for training.

When required to comply with legal obligations or protect the rights, safety, and property of Bella, its users, or others.

3.3 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the new entity.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Photos are stored only on your device. Signing out or deleting your account permanently removes all your photos, chat history, and wardrobe data. This cannot be undone and we cannot recover deleted data. Only text-based chat messages and outfit descriptions are stored on our servers during active use.

Bella is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately.
